Corporate Headquarters & Fab 12A
The landscape plaza in front of the TSMC Corporate Headquarters features a monumental stepped water feature inspired by the form of a semiconductor wafer, creating a distinctive expression of the company’s technological identity. Serving as both a symbolic corporate landmark and a functional public space, the design successfully integrates brand imagery with environmental quality.
The cascading water terraces provide a dynamic focal point at the main entrance while enhancing the microclimate and creating a welcoming arrival experience. Through the combination of water, open space, and carefully coordinated landscape elements, the plaza establishes a strong corporate image and offers a comfortable outdoor environment for employees and visitors alike.
