- The pedestrian environment is guided by flowing lines expressed through layered planting compositions and paving variations, creating an intuitive circulation experience. At the corner plaza, organically designed green belts are complemented by public art installations, establishing a distinctive visual focal point at the intersection.
- Low-saturation paving materials are selected to blend harmoniously with the surrounding context. Variations in tone and fluid linear patterns add visual interest, while seasonal planting palettes introduce changing colors throughout the year, creating an understated yet vibrant urban open space.
- Water features serve as visual focal points at both the entrance and rear courtyard, guiding movement through the site. At the entrance, a flowing water channel brings vitality and dynamism to the space, while the rear courtyard features a cascading waterfall that fosters a tranquil and contemplative atmosphere for relaxation.
- Along the northern and eastern edges of the site, layered green hedges create a strong sense of enclosure and lush greenery. These planted buffers enhance residential privacy while reducing visual and environmental disturbances from the surrounding area.
